Set over a single day in Mumbai, this action thriller follows several strangers whose lives intersect through chance and misunderstanding: a jobless young man with police ambitions, a small-town engineering graduate chasing a job interview, a newly arrived taxi driver, and a group of local goons tied to a crime boss. A case of mistaken identity and a misplaced bag set off a chain of escalating violence and confusion linking all of them. Directed by Santosh Sivan, it is a Hindi remake of the Tamil film Maanagaram and marks Vijay Sethupathi's Hindi-language debut.
