This 2022 Telugu drama follows Raj Kumar, a Hyderabad-based plastic surgeon who marries a village woman named Mahathi despite his childhood friend Maya's unresolved feelings for him. When Mahathi donates her blood to save an injured Maya and a subsequent tragedy strikes, Raj makes a drastic surgical decision that forces Maya to step into Mahathi's identity within the family. As Maya settles into this new life, she starts uncovering unsettling truths about what really happened to Mahathi.
