This 1999 Tamil romantic comedy, directed by K. S. Ravikumar, follows a resourceful young drifter named Kasi who talks his way into working as a driver for Indira Devi, a wealthy, man-averse businesswoman running an all-female garment enterprise in Ooty. As Kasi earns the household's trust and grows close to Indira's sister Ishwarya, hidden family ties and a rival businessman's scheming complicate the growing romance. The film, shot across Ooty and parts of Europe, blends comedy and romance while exploring themes of gender bias and family secrets.
