In a Tamil Nadu village divided by caste-based factions, two brothers competing to become the next village leader find their election outcome hinging on the vote of a lower-caste barber named Mandela. As both candidates attempt to secure his support through gifts and promises, Mandela ultimately conditions his vote on which brother contributes more to the village's development. This political satire explores how a single voter's influence can reshape local power dynamics and priorities.
