This Tamil-language romantic drama follows Manoja, whose mother's illness pushes her into an arranged marriage with the awkward, socially withdrawn Prabhu, even though she is still processing an earlier failed relationship with Tarun. As Manoja and Prabhu try to build a life together, their bond is tested by trust issues, jealousy, and a devastating act of violence within the marriage that pushes Manoja toward seeking a divorce and stepping away from him. The story later picks up years afterward, as old feelings resurface when the two cross paths again alongside Tarun.
