Set in 1980s Karnataka, this Kannada drama centers on Maadeva, a village executioner who has grown numb and withdrawn after years of carrying out death sentences. His guarded life begins to shift when a determined young woman, Parvathi, seeks his help to free her imprisoned mother, drawing him into a web of prison politics and rivalries involving a vengeful adversary and a scheming matriarch. As threats mount around them, Maadeva is forced to confront his buried emotions and reconsider what his grim duty truly means.
