Maa

A man living in the jungles of South India traps animals for circuses and zoos until a series of tragic encounters with protective wild animals—particularly a lioness and an elephant—force him to reconsider his profession. After his mother's death at the hands of an enraged mother elephant, he dedicates himself to returning the captured animals to the wild, but faces unforeseen complications when a baby elephant escapes in the city.
