Lal Salam

Set during the early Communist movement in Kerala, this political drama follows three party members fighting to improve conditions for laborers and peasants against a feudal system. After being arrested and imprisoned for their activism, they are released to find the party has grown into a major political force, leading them to confront the tension between their revolutionary ideals and personal ambitions.
