A jobless MBA graduate from Madurai accidentally initiates contact with a woman through a misdirected phone-recharge transaction. The two fall in love, but her father, a police officer, will only consent to their marriage if the young man either joins the military or becomes a police officer. The narrative follows his efforts to fulfill this requirement while pursuing his romantic goals.
