This 1981 Telugu action drama follows Ranjith Kumar, a dedicated police officer whose family is torn apart after superstition leads his father-in-law to separate him from his newborn son and stage his own death. Years later, as Ranjith rises to the rank of SP, his two sons grow up on very different paths - one earnest and hardworking, the other rebellious and drawn toward a vengeful gangster Ranjith once arrested. As old grudges resurface and family secrets come to light, the story builds toward a confrontation tied to a sensitive national security assignment entrusted to Ranjith.
