This 2006 Telugu comedy drama follows Relangi Raja Babu, an overly principled young man who insists on staying morally upright ahead of his own wedding. After becoming a police sub-inspector, family pressure pushes him into marrying a wealthy but overweight woman named Soundarya so her dowry can fund his sister's marriage. Once wed, he grows dissatisfied with his wife's appearance and starts pursuing other women while scheming to end the marriage, setting off a comic chain of events involving a large ensemble of supporting comic actors.
