A Gujarati satire following a father and son as they become consumed by the dream of immigrating to the United States. When the younger son pursues increasingly desperate means to obtain a visa after being rejected, his family becomes entangled in illegal immigration schemes while grappling with their conflicting desires to leave India and stay connected to their roots.
