Set among residents of a modest Mumbai apartment block, this comedy-drama follows a shy, hardworking clerk who quietly loves his neighbor but struggles to say so. When a charming, glib old friend arrives and moves in with him, his easy charm quickly wins over the clerk's neighbors, employer, and the woman he secretly adores, setting up a modern take on the hare-and-tortoise fable.
