This 1999 Hindi action thriller follows a police officer who reshapes a captured criminal into a weapon meant to bring down a powerful underworld boss. To keep watch over his reluctant operative, the officer has a tracking device surgically placed in the man's leg after wounding him during an escape attempt. Complications arise when the criminal becomes romantically involved with a woman, defying the emotional detachment his handler demanded of him.
