Kangalal Kaidhu Sei

This 2004 Tamil romantic thriller follows a wealthy young heir who suffers from kleptomania and dreams of finding a nurturing love he never received from his emotionally distant, business-focused parents. After he secretly steals a valuable diamond from a shopping mall's exhibition, the young woman responsible for it is falsely accused of the theft and is sent undercover into his household to recover the gem, only for him to become infatuated with her as the embodiment of his imagined ideal partner.
