Kammatti Paadam

Set in a Kochi slum called Kammattippaadam, the story follows childhood friends Krishnan and Gangadharan as they grow up amid poverty, gang violence, and the exploitation of Dalit residents by real-estate schemers. Their bond fractures over love, loyalty, and a series of violent incidents tied to a local crime boss, eventually scattering the friends and pulling Krishnan away to Mumbai. Years later, a distress call from his old friend draws Krishnan back into the world he left behind, forcing him to confront old rivals and unresolved grievances.
