Jeeva is a 2014 Tamil sports drama directed by Suseenthiran about a young man from a modest background who dreams of representing India in cricket, idolizing Sachin Tendulkar since childhood. Despite family concerns over his studies, a troubled romance, and obstacles including regional and community bias within a state cricket team, he perseveres through setbacks to keep pursuing his sporting ambitions. The film stars Vishnu Vishal in the lead role alongside Sri Divya.
