Ivan follows Jeevan, a tempo driver in Tamil Nadu who is driven to fight social corruption after his father was killed for standing up against wrongdoing. Alongside a group of close friends, he works to inspire ordinary people to demand their rights, all while navigating his relationships with two women, a devoted classical singer and another woman who manipulates him into marriage. The story eventually leads him to confront a group of criminals and challenge them to reconsider their paths.
