A young woman survives a bus accident during a pilgrimage across India and wakes up with total amnesia, unable to recall her identity or past. She builds a new life and a romance with a man named Sharath Menon, who gives her a new name and helps her navigate her fresh start, even as she becomes the target of people claiming to know her history. Complications arise when someone from her forgotten past begins searching for her, threatening to unravel the new existence she has built.
