This Malayalam horror comedy, a follow-up to In Harihar Nagar and 2 Harihar Nagar, follows Thomas Kutty, who purchases a remote, reputedly haunted mansion in Ooty meaning to turn it into a resort. He talks his skeptical friends and their wives into staying there with him to prove that ghost stories are baseless, but strange and increasingly frightening incidents soon make them question that confidence. As the group digs into the estate's dark history involving a decades-old murder, they turn to a mysterious stranger who claims to study the paranormal for help.
