A hard-hitting police officer named Arjun Singh, known for his uncompromising methods against crime, is dispatched to investigate suspicious activity in a town called Shanti Nagar. There he discovers the settlement is dominated by a powerful, ruthless businessman who commands an armed private force and turns out to be connected to the death of Arjun's father years earlier.
