A hard-hitting police officer named Arjun Singh, known for his uncompromising methods against crime, is dispatched to investigate suspicious activity in a town called Shanti Nagar. There he discovers the settlement is dominated by a powerful, ruthless businessman who commands an armed private force and turns out to be connected to the death of Arjun's father years earlier. As tensions rise between Arjun and his superior, D.I.G. Khan, over how to handle the situation, the businessman's cruelty pushes the conflict toward a dangerous confrontation.
