Huchcha follows Sachidananda, nicknamed Kicha, a tough and combative college student who wins leadership of the student union through intimidation and force. He becomes infatuated with Abishta, a shy temple priest's daughter, pursuing her aggressively until she reciprocates his feelings. After a violent attack by men connected to a brothel he had crossed, Kicha suffers a serious head injury that leaves him with memory loss, and he is sent to a religious institution for treatment and recovery.
