Himmat Aur Mehanat

This 1987 Hindi drama follows Jyoti, a nurse who earns the trust of a wealthy household and takes charge of its affairs. Her life changes when the family's son returns from abroad and eventually becomes her husband, but tensions with her father-in-law and husband grow over time, even after she gives birth to their child. The film, directed by K. Bapaiah and starring Jeetendra and Sridevi, is a remake of an earlier Telugu drama.
