When a wave of bombings hits Hyderabad, CBI officer Saraswathi is put in charge of the case, but a rival local officer saddles her with two bumbling, previously fired assistants to sabotage her efforts. Their clumsy investigation nonetheless uncovers evidence tying a criminal gang to the attacks and exposes a falling-out between the gang's leader and a rival over the stolen proceeds, pushing Saraswathi to chase down the culprits through increasingly tense confrontations.
