Directed by Shoojit Sircar, Kuran Dhillon — Amitabh Bachchan · Ayushmann Khurrana

In Lucknow, a miserly old husband looks after his much older wife's crumbling ancestral mansion while secretly waiting to inherit it, constantly clashing with a cash-strapped tenant who refuses to pay overdue rent. Their feud escalates when a government archaeologist takes interest in the building's historic value and a wealthy developer eyes the property, drawing lawyers, officials and tenants into a tangled battle over who will control the house's fate. The story unfolds as a comic drama about greed, family ties and property disputes in an old, decaying household.
