A wealthy man arrives in a small village while searching for his missing best friend, who had run away with the daughter of a powerful landlord obsessed with protecting his family's status. With the help of a local lawyer and a group of friends, he digs into the couple's disappearance, facing resistance from the landlord's son and associates as the investigation uncovers dark truths tied to honor killing. Shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu, the two versions differ in narrative structure, presenting the story linearly in one and non-linearly in the other.
