This 2008 Telugu drama, directed by V. R. Prathap, centers on a devoted brother and sister who lose their parents young and grow extremely close. The sister agrees to marry only with her brother's blessing, and the story follows both families as they build their lives together, until a series of personal and financial setbacks begins to threaten their bond. The film is a remake of a Kannada hit and later inspired a dubbed, partially reshot Tamil version.
