This 1982 Tamil drama follows Murali, an educated young man pressured into marrying Arukkani, a village girl he finds unattractive, leading him to resent her. After relocating for work, he falls for a stylish woman named Julie, and their intersecting relationships set off a chain of complications involving family, deception, and shifting loyalties. Directed by Manivannan in his debut and produced by P. Kalaimani, the film stars Mohan, Suhasini and Radha.
