This second half of Anurag Kashyap's crime saga continues the story of the Khan family's blood feud with rival clans and a corrupt politician over control of Dhanbad's coal and scrap-iron rackets. After a family assassination, Faizal Khan takes over leadership and pursues retribution against those responsible, while shifting alliances and betrayals reshape the balance of power through the 1990s and 2000s. The film features an ensemble cast led by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha and Huma Qureshi.
