Dilwale follows two brothers, Veer and Raj, who run a car garage in Goa, while flashbacks reveal Raj's past as 'Kaali,' the son of a crime boss whose romance with a rival gang leader's daughter, Meera, ended in betrayal and violence. In the present, Veer's romance with Ishita unexpectedly reconnects the estranged Raj and Meera, forcing old secrets and grudges back into the open. The story blends comedy and gangster-drama elements as the two timelines intertwine.
