After being dismissed from a corporate hospital for challenging a senior doctor's treatment decision, a young surgeon sets up a small clinic in a rundown facility, where he unknowingly begins treating an injured, unidentified crime lord fleeing a police confrontation. As their unlikely friendship grows, the doctor is drawn into the gangster's world of rivalries, an undercover police officer, and a journalist tied to the crime boss's past, forcing him to reconcile his professional ethics with the chaos surrounding his new patient. The story blends comedy and action as the two men's contrasting lives intersect in Hyderabad.
