A struggling hotel waiter in Hyderabad, tired of being looked down on for his poverty, poses as a wealthy pharmaceutical CEO to impress a woman he falls for. His deception takes a strange turn when he discovers he has a real-life double who runs a company developing a cancer cure, and he is drawn into that man's life and secrets after a sudden accident. Vishwak Sen plays both roles in this Telugu action comedy thriller, which he also directed.
