This 2001 Tamil romantic action film follows Aravind, who instantly falls for a young woman named Anjali and agrees to her proposal of a week-long trial romance before any deeper commitment. Unbeknownst to him, Anjali is the daughter of a couple he has separately befriended, and as he tries to win over her parents as a suitable match, the truth of her identity slowly comes into play. Directed by A. Venkatesh and led by Prashanth and newcomer Jaya Re, the film became a commercial hit upon release.
