This 2013 Hindi comedy, a remake of a 1981 film directed by David Dhawan, follows Seema, a young woman who flees her father's repeated attempts to marry her off to army men and moves to Goa to stay with her uncle. There she becomes the object of interest for three roommates, Sid, Jai and Omi, leading to comic misunderstandings, rivalries and romantic entanglements involving them, their landlady and a café owner. The story mixes slapstick humor with tangled love triangles as the friends' schemes affect their own relationships and those around them.
