This biographical drama follows the true story of India's first Paralympic gold medalist, Murlikant Petkar. After a spinal injury from the 1965 Indo-Pakistani war leaves him paralyzed, Petkar is inspired by his former boxing coach to pursue competitive swimming, eventually winning gold at the 1972 Summer Paralympics. The film chronicles his journey from a young man with Olympic ambitions to an accomplished athlete whose achievements were later forgotten by society.
