This 1992 Hindi romantic comedy fantasy follows Sunder, a young man swindled out of his savings in Mumbai while trying to fund his father's dream of a village school. Sheltering in a cemetery, he encounters the spirit of Marco, a slain former gangster who can only be seen and heard by him, and the two form an unlikely alliance to right past wrongs and reunite Marco with the family he left behind. As Sunder gets drawn into Marco's unfinished business, he also finds himself falling for Marco's daughter, Mala.
