A newly recruited police officer in the fictional suburb of Kondana becomes entangled in a desperate situation when he accidentally kills a street vendor during a confrontation over stolen money. As he attempts to cover up the crime, a chain of tragic events unfolds involving his colleagues and superiors investigating a series of murders in the area.
