Set in 1990s Arakkonam, this Tamil sports drama follows two rival local cricket teams divided along caste and class lines, whose long feud dates back to an incident that left a former star player disabled. When a college student pushes for a rematch to settle old scores, the renewed rivalry escalates and eventually draws in players from a more privileged, professional cricket league, forcing both village teams to confront discrimination from outside their community as well as within it.
