This 1998 Hindi comedy follows Gopi, a man of modest means who poses as a wealthy suitor named Ranjit Sehgal to win over Sandhya, a woman hoping to find an ideal partner. Once she learns the truth, their affection for each other persists despite his deception. Complications multiply when Gopi's friends convince him to disguise himself as a woman to help them out, sparking a series of comic mix-ups when two men become smitten with his female alter ego.
