A carefree young man drifts through life avoiding responsibility, eventually ruining his family's finances and driving himself to the brink of suicide. At his lowest point he is intercepted by a supernatural being called Angel John, who offers him a choice between two very different paths for the rest of his life, setting off a series of events that force him to reconsider his careless attitude.
