Aneethi follows Thiru, a food-delivery worker grappling with severe OCD and violent hallucinations, whose grip on reality grows increasingly uncertain. His fixation shifts into a romance with Subbu, a maid working for an abusive employer, and their relationship becomes entangled in escalating conflict and secrecy surrounding her employer's household. As tensions mount between the couple and those around them, the story builds toward a dark psychological reckoning.
