When an ancestral home in India is rumored to be haunted, a cash-strapped man strikes a deal with its owner: he'll get four broke acquaintances—each dealing with their own money troubles and quirky habits—to spend nights in the house to prove there's nothing supernatural going on. As they settle in, they find themselves face to face with a group of spirits tied to the house's past, while a scheming duo tries to exploit the ghost rumors to force a cheap sale and redevelop the property.
