Set in 1988, this Tamil teen romantic thriller follows Jeeva, a schoolboy who ends up in a relationship with classmate Karthika after his friend Balaji's affection for her goes unreciprocated. Their young romance faces resistance from her family and outside interference that pushes the couple apart, with the story framed as a memory Jeeva revisits after being brought before a court in the present day.
