Set during India's 2020 COVID-19 lockdown, the film follows Kalidas, a motivational speaker who moves into a Kochi apartment and finds himself isolated with no way to interact with others in person. Strange, unexplained occurrences in the flat push him to investigate their cause, with remote assistance from Yamuna, the woman who had helped him secure the apartment. Mohanlal plays the sole on-screen character, with other roles heard only as voices.
