All We Imagine as Light

In Mumbai, two Malayali nurses share an apartment and navigate very different romantic situations: Prabha quietly longs for a distant husband who barely stays in touch, while her younger roommate Anu is secretly involved with a Muslim man, hiding the relationship from those around her. Their lives intersect with an older hospital cook who faces losing her home to a redevelopment project, prompting the women to accompany her on a trip to her coastal hometown. The film follows their intertwined personal struggles around love, loneliness, and belonging.
