This crime drama is based on a 1992 criminal case that occurred in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The film depicts a series of crimes in which a group of young men, led by Faruq and Nafis Chishti and connected to the influential Khadim family overseeing the Ajmer Sharif shrine, repeatedly assaulted and extorted over 250 non-Muslim girls and minors across several years until 1992.
