This Marathi comedy-drama, directed by Kedar Shinde and loosely inspired by the Hollywood film What Women Want, follows an overworked Mumbai executive struggling with the demands of his job, his marriage, and his large joint family. After jokingly asking a village deity to reveal what women really want, he inexplicably gains the ability to hear the private thoughts of the women around him, causing confusion and comic mishaps before he learns to use this insight to better understand and connect with his wife and family. The film also spawned a less successful sequel and remakes in Kannada and Telugu.
