This Hindi drama follows Jogi Thakur, a principled man who lives on his in-laws' estate under his domineering wife's control, and who walks away from his marriage and young daughter after discovering her mother's cruelty toward tenants. Years later, after a stint entertaining children in Mumbai, he returns to his home village and ends up imprisoned for defending a friend's daughter, where he forms an unexpected bond with the prison doctor who happens to be engaged to the daughter he left behind. The story traces his quiet efforts to reconnect with his family without revealing his past.

Where to watch in USA

We checked the streaming catalogues and it isn’t on any service we cover — in any country, not just yours. Films leave and return, so this can change.

We check JioHotstar, Eros Now, Sun NXT, Prime Video, ZEE5 and 13 others. If it is streaming somewhere we don’t read, it won’t show up here — tell us and we’ll add it.
