Set during the Sri Lankan civil war, this 2026 Tamil war film follows a group of doctors working secretly to provide medical care to people on both sides of the conflict. Directed by T. Kittu and featuring Sathyadevi, Karunas, and Thirumurugan, it portrays the dangers and moral struggles these medics face while trying to remain committed to helping the wounded regardless of allegiance.
